Summary: I owned many Canon products and Canon is not disappointing consumers. This is not exception. The exterior looks very solid. The technologies it comes with are amazing. I like the face detection more. Although most newer digital cameras have this feature, this one works great. It is 10 mega pixel.The high quality LCD is only 2.5" compared to 3" on some digital cameras in the same price range. You can use SDHC (high capacity) cards.The price has dropped a lot in the last few months. Think about it - a reasonable price and a great digital camera loaded with nice features!

Summary: I have replaced my old Nikon with this one and was not disappointed. The 10 mega pixels make my pictures a lot better than my old one. I love the picture that produced by this camera. The image stabilizer feature really works. Since I am getting older, this feature helps me very much to get good shots. It's small and light so I can just carry it in my pocket and not feeling the heavy load. Accessories are always expensive. However, I easily found an OEM battery for $5.The weakness is definitely the LCD screen which only has 2.5". I am glad that my old one is the same size so it doesn't hurt me much. However, my other friend complains the size. Well, she still loves this camera. As I have mentioned, this camera doesn't use AAA or AA size of battery so I will have to make sure I have enough before I go out for fun with it.Overall I am happy with my purchase.
