Strengths: Excellent camera. Camera size and picture quality are both exceptional.

Weaknesses: Doesn't take AA battreies.

Summary: I would highly recommend this product. I've been using this camera for a week and find it superior to other digital cameras that I have owned. It size is perfect for those who want to travel light.

Strengths: Slim Body, 7X Optical Zoom, 7MP, Nice Bright LCD screen.

Weaknesses: No Optical Stabilization, No Viewfinder, Short Battery Life, Low-light Performance.

Summary: A very slim digital camera packed with a lot of features, as long as much manual control is not desired. A definite point shoot which performs well in brightly lit conditions.One of the better features is that it can accept sdhc cards--so a lot of storage possibility on a single card. Very easy to reach/adjust menu options. Pictures come out fine (i.e. no grains visible) as long as ISO not pushed over 200.Overall, a very handy camera with a lot of features which can be easily carried in a shirt pocket!! A Recommended purchase.

Strengths: 7X Zoom with no lens that sticks out. Can use program mode but auto does a good job

Weaknesses: Manual mode somewhat limited. Would like to have AA batteries instead of the factory battery.

Summary: Buying a second one for my wife. Perfect to back up my DSLR.Has enough features to use auto or manual and adjust WB, ISO, etc. I used it a lot for Christmas pics and was very pleased.

Strengths: 7* optical zoom, no lens comes out of the body! Good picture quality. Great design and build quality.

Weaknesses: Not many manual controls. No optical viewfinder.

Summary: This is great for a point and shoot, if you do not want to mess with many manual controls, but still want a strong zoom. Bought this in addition to a Panasonic FZ-50, which is a great camera with almost complete control over everything, but just does not fit in small pockets and therefore stays home too often. The Samsung always comes along! although the screen is good and bright, I do miss a viewfinder. Picture quality is very good. Autofocus in dim light is sometimes a problem, other than that - great camera!
