Strengths: good pictures

Weaknesses: batteries run out very fast and almost every time i turn it on it says lens error

Summary: i think that you should not get this camera because every time i turn it on it says lens error and then there is a code after it says lens error

Strengths: Small and easy to use

Weaknesses: Indoor photos are rather grainy

Summary: This is a very nice camera for beginners -- it's easy to use and takes beautiful outdoor pictures. Indoor photos aren't as clear though. The included batteries didn't last very long but I took advantage of a Kodak special and bought some rechargeables with charger. Now I always have one set in the camera and a spare set ready to go.

Strengths: Easy to use

Weaknesses: Not very impressive

Summary: I bought this around thanksgiving and used it for some time. I tried to use it few times and it was easy to use camera. The 4x6 printouts came out to be ok but the larger printers were not very satisfactory.

Strengths: Inexpensive, small.

Weaknesses: indoor pics are not as good

Summary: This is a inexpensive Kodak camera that has ample megaixels and zoom to function as a all-purpose camera. takes good pictures in sunny conditions but like most small cameras does not put out good indoor pictures. it is shirt-pocket size and a nice grab-n-go type of camera. takes inexpensive SD cards for both video pics.

Strengths: cheap

Weaknesses: slow responsiveness

Summary: It is a good camera for first timers like kids. It's got some nice features-- including closeup, zoom, adjustable ISO and image stabilization. It's basic operation is very straightforward. The auto-shot produces lovely snapshot photos right out of the box. It's small without feeling fragile. The Easy Share software is a snap to use

Strengths: Compact, attractive, good pics, No need to charge

Weaknesses: Seems fragile

Summary: A little concerned that this item was so inexpensive. Works great out of the box. The software makes it a bit cumbersome but it is uneeded. Point, shoot, download, print. So far I have only used the printer it came with except for 1 comparison picture. It is intuitive, compatible with former Kodak items and huge viewer. No optical viewer but who needs that anymore. Zoom is small but for an inexpensive camera this is perfect.

Strengths: Portable, good picture quality, supporting SDHC

Weaknesses: None

Summary: I bought the camera for less than $100 which is a very good deal for this nice camera. Its size is small and very portable. The 6.1MP resolution is good for most daily uses. The camera also has a lot of features (which are far beyond my requirement). However, some features are quite useful, such as image stabilization and custom ISO. The camera taks SD type cards which are usually cheap. It also supports large capacity SDHC cards. The flash looks a little bit week though.

Strengths: LCD screen.

Weaknesses: Only 16 MB internal memory.

Summary: I like this camera because I don't need to worry about power! I can use AA batteries. Moreover, it has Big LCD screen (2.4 inch)and reasonable price. However, the quality of pics are not so good (not bad). This is an good digital camera for a beginner.

Strengths: Compact, easy to use, good picture quality.

Weaknesses: Poor battery life

Summary: My first digital camera was a 3.1 mp with poor controls and picture quality. The C613 has proven to be a Godsend for the price. This little camera is easy to use, has a lot of features that you only find on more expensive digital cameras. The picture quality has been a pleasant surprise for this size and price range. I would certainly buy it again, and would have no qualms giving it as a gift.

Strengths: Price under $100 , Great pictures in good lightning , very easy point-and-click camera .

Weaknesses: Weak flash , optical zoom not so good .

Summary: It is a truly compact sized camera with lots of features to use . But if you are one like me who always uses the "auto" setting mode then this sub $100 camera is great ! I purchased mine for $70 . It has many built-in scene modes . It also has image stabilization (anti-shake) . It has custom ISO settings to suit your needs . However the main drawback i noticed is :1) Weak flash . Photos come out very grainy in low light conditions . But in good ample light or outside in sunlight , colour saturation and clarity is superb .All-in-all it is a great camera at a reasonable price with many features . Its compact size and AA batteries , means that i can take it along with me in my pocket (maight be a little heavy for shirt pocket though) and don't have to woory about charging it beforehand .

Strengths: Inexpensive, Kodak brand, compact, easy to use, nice features, 3x zoom, Digital Image stabilization, Runs on AA batteries, SD card

Weaknesses: Lacks manual controls

Summary: I bought this camera to take on short trips and to use in parties where I do not want to carry an expensive camera. I was amazed to see the picture quality of the camera, as I was not expecting such good results. The camera is very easy to use, with a dial button to select between video, auto, macro and other shooting modes. The flash is good enough for indoors but is not great when shooting outdoors. 3X zoom is not a lot but for the price it is justifiable. The LCD screen is fairly large than other cameras that I have used. It takes SD cards which are very cheap, making it cost effective to use. Same goes for the AA batteries, which are readily available, in case you run out of batteries.I am very happy with this camera and would strongly recommend it for beginners.

Strengths: Cheap!

Weaknesses: Not the greatest quality, but good for what you pay for

Summary: I got this camera in a printer/camera deal, and basically gave it to my younger brother -- it's actually not as bad as I thought it would have been

Strengths: simplicity

Weaknesses: no timer

Summary: Overall, I was pleased with the camera. It's nothing fancy - just your basic point-and-shoot camera, which is exactly what I'm looking for. There are about a dozen different settings you can play around with, but for about 90% of the time the "auto" function is just fine. I'm not the type that is trying for "high art" photography - I don't have the patience nor the skills for the high-end stuff. I just want to center the photo on the screen, click the button and that's it. And this camera is good for people like me. the booklet that comes with this camera is extremely basic, doesn't really tell you much of anything you cant figure out in 5 minutes, unless you are totally inept when it comes to technology. so you can pretty much ignore it.. the camera describes what each setting does when you select it, which is very helpful..

Strengths: Easy to use, small size, inexpensive

Weaknesses: None so far(if you have a decent supply of rechargeable AA batteries)

Summary: I had a 3.1MP camera before this one. It used AA batteries and a SD card, so I was looking for a camera that used the same. This camera has been a nice step up. It's easy to use and takes great pictures. If you buy this camera, or any other, be sure to get one of the several Free After Rebate printers on the same receipt.

Strengths: a lot of features for the price (under $100)

Weaknesses: None that I can think of.

Summary: For a under $100 digitcam, Kodak packed a lot of "stuff" to the camera. The big plus is the image stablizer. With it, I took some quick shots with one hand. Not the way to take pictures, but sometimes you have to when you don't have time to compose. Some one mentioned that the use of two AA batteries is a weekness. To me, this is the pro because you can get AA batteries anywhere you go and you don't need to spend $$$ to get a non-standard battery. In summary. You got a decent camera with a lot of features for not a lot of money. Perfect camera for family shots and a spare camera for long vacation.
