Strengths: Price, all features of an expensive camera
Weaknesses: Image Quality especially at night, Menu function is also not very good
Summary: I took some pictures at the best quality available plus some movies. I had this camera in $99 and compared to its price it did a wonderful job, but the problem is with just $50 up you can buy a sony, fuji or even a low end canon. The image quality altough good was not in comparison with my canon.I end up returning the camera and buying a fuji A480 with a price tag of $139.Conclusion: At $99 this is at its best. If you want beginner level camera, its perfect.

Strengths: great for the price, small enough to fit in your pocket and easy for a beginner to use also only needs AA batteries
Weaknesses: none so far
Summary: I would recommend this for anyone who just wants to point and shoot. Batteries are very inexpensive. has features that a camera 3 times the price has and take pretty good pictures .

Strengths: Cheap, small
Weaknesses: Poor image quality - no image stabilization.
Summary: I bought this camera so that I didn't have to carry my Canon Rebel XTi. I took several pictures in my house with and without the flash, with and without zooming. All but one image came out blurry. If you plan on taking all your pictures from a tripod... this may be the perfect camera for you, but I wasn't impressed and returned it.

Strengths: It looks nice.
Weaknesses: Just about everything.
Summary: I've had this camera for about six weeks and I hate it. The pictures, even if they're not blurry always come out washed out and grainy. I have a 3MP camera that takes way better pictures than this so-called 7MP camera. Sure. it's got a lot of features for the money, but they are features in name only. This thing just doesn't deliver. Oh and one more thing - their support resources are a joke. No matter what question you ask them, three days later they email you asking if you looked at the manual.

Strengths: Easy to use
Weaknesses: Battery Cover broke after 2 months. LCD died after 4 months. Poor Customer service.
Summary: For the money the camera takes decent pictures but I do not recommend it if you take alot of Photos. I used the camera quite a bit (changed batteries every other day). After 6 weeks the battery cover started failing and the plastic tab eventually broke after 2 months. The LCD died after 4 months and I returned it to General imaging for warranty Repair of the LCD. They refused to honour the warranty because the battery cover was broken and told me I should of returned it before the cover failed. They offered me a new camera to buy at a discounted rate of 92$ shipped. Needles to say I will never buy another GE product with such poor customer service.

Strengths: Takes great pics
Weaknesses: very slow
Summary: It takes really good pics but i love taking pics of thunderstorms and although it takes pics at night there is about 4 secs between when you push the button(which sometimes has to be pushed 4 or 5 times!)and when the pic actually takes so i've missed some really beautiful lightning shots.
