Strengths: Picture and Thin Frame design
Weaknesses: Speakers, Remote Ilumination
Summary: The Thin Frame design is what initially drew me to this TV. Having the frame being only 1 inch wide lends to a true "Big Screen" TV. Having the huge picture area allows you to truly appreciate the quality and crispness of the picture. The menus are easy and straight forward along with the plug and play hook ups. The HDMI cable is awesome and you have three to choose from. I also like the ability to lock out the side control panel (great for when kids come over). The downside, which I knew about but didn't let it stop me from buying this TV, is the internal speakers. It sounds like the speaker is sitting in a trash can. But, there are plenty of audio adjustments that allow you to "tone it down" so it is not that noticeable. I like this TV so much that I am thinking about buying the 46 inch for the master bedroom.

Strengths: Great looking picture for HDTV and DVDs as well as standard-def TV.
Weaknesses: Menus are a little weird
Summary: We've had this TV for a couple of weeks now and are absolutely loving it. The picture is very bright and clear - it is also easily viewable in a bright room (unlike our previous CRT).I have read some complaints about the sound quality of the speakers, but I run all the sound through my surround sound receiver and never even enable the speakers on the TV so that doesn't matter in my case.

Strengths: Slim sizeUniform picture quality over entire screen120 hz refresh rate
Weaknesses: Signal input control and selection could be more user friendly. Sometimes my cable box gets in a state that requires a power reset. During this state I cannot select a known good input.
Summary: Excellent picture with real HDTV signal. Very good picture on non-HDTV formatted to 4:3 which it does automatically when connected to the HDTV cable box. Smooth action when viewing sports events. I had limited space to put a large screen tv and wanted to maximize the size of the screen I could put there. The Mitsubishi 52 inch LT 133/144/244 series were the only sets I could find that fit this requirement. I chose the 144 series because of the 120 hz refresh rate since I like to watch college football.
