Strengths: Nice Features & Aesthetically Pleasing.Natural Colors and Nice Sound

Weaknesses: Picture not as sharp as expected.SD Broadcasts okay but not great.3 second delay changing channels.

Summary: Good Value for $750 TV. Purchased at Beach Camera. Colors are natural but not as sharply defined picture as the Sony TV in my living room. Reasonably happy with purchase but if I had to do over I would spend the extra $$s for a Sony.

Strengths: Attractive styling and price, wonderful black levels, good amount of texture depth and detail with HD sources.

Weaknesses: Terrible color accuracy, poor picture quality, and horrific ghosting issues.

Summary: I also have an LC37D40U and it is 10x the LCD that this is. I have had major ghosting problems (as bad or worse than one of my old LCDs with 25ms response time). The red push is also very, very unsatisfactory. For those that don't already know this specific model is manufactured in Thailand by Orion; not Sharp. So, technically, you are buying a budget LCD at a name brand price.
