Strengths: TTS function, light and stylish design, good price, very useful for people who are not good at navigation like me.

Weaknesses: Less POIs. Only in car charger provided. I wish I could charge this unit at home. Now I have to an adapter for this. Speaker is not very loud

Summary: I really love this GPS. It has all the basic functions I need. I moved to Washington DC from a midwest small town last summer and always got lost. So I started to think about buying a GPS and I had been doing research on this unit for a long time before I really stepped during this Thanksgiving season. I guess I won't panic anymore whenever I drive around from now on.

Strengths: Locates satellite pretty quickly, text to speech features and price makes this a best buy

Weaknesses: None that I could find

Summary: At this price point, you are not going to find a better GPS. We got our unit just a few days ago, it locked to the satellite immediately. Interface was easy to use, was out giving directions in no time. I've used some of the features and couldn't be happier with my purchase. As with all touch screens, if you have bigger fingers like mine, it might cause trouble, so I got a stylus from my old ipaq, which makes it a lot easier to navigate menus if needed.

Strengths: Easy to use and set up, text to speech

Weaknesses: only 1 million points of interested, Canada not pre-loaded, ac adapter not included.

Summary: After comparing many gps models and their features, I decided not to pay for the extra bucks for the stuff I won't use. I did want the text to speech feature and this was the least expensive model I found,(under $180 at buydig.com) and it seems to be working just fine and is easy to hear The map was loaded Aug. 2007 so I assume that it it pretty much updated. If you are looking for a basic unit this would be a good choice for the money.

Strengths: Multiple options, speedy satellite acquisition and route recalculation, compact, great attention to detail, no glitches found yet.

Weaknesses: Street pronunciations not always correct, nebulous and redundant menu arrangement, small screen lettering... but I'm nitpicking.

Summary: Huge improvement over the C220. All insignificant POI's I looked up were still available (so what's the fuss?). I can't believe all the detail goodies packed into such an inexpensive system! They surely have under priced it.
