Strengths: Intuitive, voice command capability, AAA integration
Weaknesses: Can't find any yet. I am hoping, however, that future software upgrades would provide more voice commands.
Summary: Love it! used it right out of the box without having to read the manual -- but then, of course, reading the manual would take me to a higher level. I bought the 4050 after a bit of research over a few brand names. The features that tipped me over to this model are the voice command capability and the AAA integration.

Strengths: Strong signal, Quick response time, Strong mount, Loud Voice, Voice Response Unit, Bluetooth, AAA information built in.
Weaknesses: Does not automatically link to a previously paired phone on power up.
Summary: I have bought this first ever GPS and so far have been extremely satisfied with the product. Its really good in calcaulating the route and there is an option to calculate the optimal route as needed. The advantage of this GPS is that it has strong signal and even locates it inside my apartment. Voice quality is really good even at no maximum volume level. Mount is really strong and its very easy to install and move arouns across different cars. Another plus is the voice response unit to do some of the basic operations like reroute. I could able to sync up ATT 8525 to this GPS pretty easily eventhough its not listed as a supported device. However, i found the problem with pairing this after power up and requires manual connnection which is ok and doesn't take much time either. Easy to communicate over the Bluetooth and no voice quality issues observed. Accuracy of this device is really excellent and almost instantaneous in responsding and recalculating the routes. If you are AAA member then at the product registration within 60 days of purchase the warranty gets doubled which is a great deal on its own. Another advatage is built in AAA catalogues which is really handy if looking for locations with AAA discounts and other emergency assistance.
