Strengths: Works great for the most part, cheap feeling though

Weaknesses: doesn't last very long

Summary: I had this device for a while and it worked pretty well. I wish the volume could go higher though. The device's mic broke after a while and I was unable to talk into the headset, thus I am looking for another headset. Probably another plantronics.

Strengths: Ease of setup and pairing/basic features/great reception

Weaknesses: ear loop hurts after prolonged wear

Summary: After going through 2 Motorola Bluetooth units, the Plantronics unit was a breath of fresh air. My Motorola units would not stay in my ear and they did not fit well enough to allow me to hear phone calls. Both issues were solved with the Plantronics 360. I will be buying Plantronics from now on.
