Strengths: Controls are good

Weaknesses: Very Bad Feedback that cannot be heard by caller but is always there on the other side.

Summary: I bought this because it matched with the Razr so I thought I would get the best performance. Sad to say not so true. It works but its unsatisfactory unless you are making crank calls where there it becomes just one more way to be annoying.

Strengths: Looks Good.....But NO good

Weaknesses: Very difficult to use!!!

Summary: I purchased this headset for my dad thinking that it'll be easy to use, but it was the total opposite. It was very hard to turn ON and OFF, -and- to answer calls with. You'll have to press on it really, really hard in order to use. I bought it on E-bay and was not able to return, there goes $30 down the drain!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Strengths: Looks nice and fits ear comfortably.

Weaknesses: Echoing on the caller's end is horrible. The volume buttons are too small.

Summary: I purchased a moto H3 headset and it had horrible echoing on the other end. I was sent a replacement unit (instead of an explanation or an apology) and it too had the same echoing problem. I have since sent back both units and am waiting for a refund. Seller didn't seem to care that I was unsatisfied and was difficult to get information from. You get what you pay for.

Strengths: looks, price

Weaknesses: unwieldy volume control, short charged stand-by time, unsteady fit to ear, and hard-to-read user book.

Summary: It will do for first experience using bluetooth for low price. Look for higher-end models, even at more expense, if what you are for is better functionality and ease of use.

Strengths: nice size and fairly comfortable th wear

Weaknesses: other end always heard an echo when talking...could not adjust with the volume control

Summary: I should have took heed with the other write ups. I had to send the unit back to the manufacturer because the echo was so bad on the other end. Motorola was good to replace and got a better unit in return.

Strengths: Easy to setup with my razr phone

Weaknesses: Single button user interface confusing

Summary: Like most bluetooth headsets the single multi-function button operation for redial, answer, on/off is not easy to get used to.However sound quality was excellent and set up was very easy.

Strengths: Looks great.

Weaknesses: Person on the other line hears an echo of their voice.

Summary: As soon as I switched from using the phone to this headset the person I was talking to started to hear an echo of themselves on their phone. Unlike some of the other comments I was unable to stop it by turning down the volume. I am using this with a Motorola SLVR phone.

Strengths: Looks.

Weaknesses: Poor quality product,constant echo.

Summary: Very poor quality. My 2 year old HS810 work like a charm compared to this. I bought thinking it would be an upgrade but there is constant echo on the listener side. Very shoddy product!

Strengths: (See comments below: huge difference between the performance of the ORIGINAL H3 purchased from Shentech and the REPLACEMENT H3 I received from the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.)

Weaknesses: Voice dialing could be improved. Woobles a bit on ear and could be a bit more comfortable to wear.

Summary: Returned ORIGINAL H3 purchased from Shentech on the Pricegrabber site. ORIGINAL H3 (paired with my Cingular RAZR), using voice dial, dialed out pretty much randomly to voice names not even close to what I was saying---as an example: with the ORIGINAL unit I would voice dial "Cathy Cell" and the unit would instead dial "Help" (which was 911)---needless to say my local police weren't very happy!ORIGINAL unit would also give SIGNIFICANT FEEDBACK to the person(s) I was calling. While what I was hearing from them was just fine, they would hear an annoying echo to thier own voice while I was using the ORIGINAL H3. Also the H3, while good looking, wobbles a bit on the ear and could be somewhat more comfortable to wear.I returned the ORIGINAL H3 to the manufacturer (rather than to the seller, Shentech, under the manufacturer's warranty.) Morotola's excellent customer support quickly shipped me a REPLACEMENT H3, which corrected the majority of the problems. The SOUND QUALITY of both the ORIGINAL & the REPLACEMENT unit were always very good, on MY END. The SOUND QUALITY of the REPLACEMENT H3 is now VERY GOOD on BOTH ENDS---no more feedback of the person I was calling's voice back to them. Most can't even tell I'm using bluetooth! Also the VOICE DIALING on the REPLACEMENT unit, while still not perfect, is SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED!Too bad it couldn't be right the first time, without the hassle!!! Overall I would have to say the REPLACEMENT UNIT is SATISFACTORY!!! Don't know if I would purchase again!!!GES

Strengths: Very compact, easy to use.

Weaknesses: Indicating light

Summary: This is a great unit for the motorla Razr phone. I believe it was made for this phone especially.I is compact, light and very easy to set up and use,it also looks great. The only draw back is the indiating light that shows the operating status is not as obvious as I would like it to be.

Strengths: when it works it great

Weaknesses: gets disconnected often and when I am about 10 feet a away from the phone and it echos.

Summary: you get what you pay for, basicly. I would recommend looking at other headset or try another brand. Also when you wear the headset for awhile it does get a bit uncomfortable.

Strengths: Cool design, easy pairing with RAZR V3c, long battery life

Weaknesses: In San Diego, CA, some people had trouble hearing me. Earpiece sometimes uncomfortable!

Summary: After someone stole my Motorola H850 and I couldn't afford to get another, saw the H3 at Best Buys (originally looking for the Motorola H500) and fell in love with it. The design is totally cool and its very easy to use, it compliments My RAZR V3c wonderfully. Only two complaints so far after 4 months, Because I wear glasses, earpiece gets uncomfortable after about 2 hrs of use! Being from the NYC area, everyone hears me just fine, but while in San Diego, CA on 7/16-7/25/06, 80% of my contacts said they had trouble hearing me (had to turn it off a couple of times), I assume problem was because of location, not the headset for as soon as I got back to the NYC area, everything worked fine! Oh yes, volume buttons are a little TOO small! Overall, as good as my H850.

Strengths: Light weight

Weaknesses: Sound, fit, echo!!!!, microphone

Summary: Where do I start? I bought one for my wife and I, and we can't even use them, so I have returned them. The volume is soooo low you can barely hear your call in a moving car. The fit is very loose. It feels like it will fly off at any slight turn of your head. Then the echo, echo, echo....was constant. Poor design and poor function. I can't believe Motorola put their name on it.
