Strengths: Paired easily with my phone

Weaknesses: can't get it to answer callwaiting or switch between calls only has about a 9 foot or 3 meter range not 33ft. or 10m. like advertised and people i talk to say they can hear themselves echoing but i never hear a echo

Summary: a good product for the price and fast shipping but there are a few problems with it working with my Motorola V551 the biggest of which is the thing dont work with call-waiting

Strengths: Light, fits well, pairs up quickly with the RAZR, good price for the cost (got it under $30)

Weaknesses: Very low volume, difficult to hear on a busy street

Summary: The only problem I have with this headset is that the volume is pretty low for hearing. The other side hears well but I cant - except behind close doors. Thats probably because the headset is not designed to fit into the ear as some others. It pairs up nicely with my RAZR, works well on a good distance from the phone (20 ft). Some people have complained about the blue light flashing, it really isn't that bad, it actually adds a zing to it and isnt really as big to annoy anyone.

Strengths: Strong signal, light weight sometimes i forgot that it is on my ear

Weaknesses: Have not found one so far

Summary: I like this bluetooth. It is very easy to set up with my RAZR. Excellent for its price. FYI, when you set up this headset, you have to hold the MFC button while your cell phone searching for this device.

Strengths: Extremely comfortable to wear and lightwieght, great battery life, simple setup

Weaknesses: Does not work around 2.4GHZ audio/video wireless links, could be louder

Summary: All in all, it works great. It will not work around 2.4GHZ wireless Leapfrog A/V transmitters - if the distance between the phone and headset is over 3 feet. It works great outside and in the car - I can get 30 to 35 feet away from my phone.

Strengths: Strong signal. Loud and good battery life.

Weaknesses: none yet

Summary: This product is worth it and it'll last. The price along with it is very good. So if you want to buy a bluetooth headset this one is a good one to start off with.

Strengths: lightweight

Weaknesses: Not working after a week.

Summary: I have a bad experience with this headset. Bought through cellular showroom and found it working for only a week. After then even after charging the headset , i could nt switch it on properly. I sent the headset to CSR for replacement and didnt get any acknowledgement from them. No response to my emails and I couldnt find their telephone contact number in their website. Almost iam fed up (feel like lost) and planning to buy some other headset defntly not from CSR and not HS820 too.

Strengths: I'm on the phone all the time in my car so it comes in handy not to have to hold my phone to my ear.

Weaknesses:

Summary: It works great. I don't have to drive and hold my phone to my ear the whole time that I am on the phone. The price was great. Everywhere that I looked it was about $75 but here I got it for $35. It was a great savings and a great investment.

Strengths: the ability to use my voice services; answer/end calls, initialize a call w/ voice recognition, ETC.

Weaknesses: static can be heard on the other end, can not hear me well, i can hardly hear other caller.

Summary: at first, i was so excited to have my first bluetooth headset. i had it for a couple of weeks, during that time i ran into one problem after the other, then i was done with it. other than that, i got the earpiece at a good price.......that's about it.

Strengths: It looks real.

Weaknesses: It doesn't work properly

Summary: This item does not work properly. I have two of them, the first of which I purchased locally and that one works fine. I have trouble connecting this with my cell phone and then once I finally succeed, I can't seem to get it to disconnect. I am not happy with my purchase.

Strengths: We never got to use this bluetooth headset.

Weaknesses: The connection between the charger and the headset was so loose it couldn't charge the headset.

Summary: I was very excited to find this for $29.99 and it was a Christmas present for someone. I wanted to make sure it worked before giving it to them so I took it out of the package and tried to charge it and had a really difficult time getting it to make the connection between the charging cord and the headset. I ended up sending it back so we never were able to use it. It was the black headset. Someone else must have received one at the same time I did and had the same problem I noticed by reading the reviews after I received this one. There are other colors that are just a bit more expensive but I have no idea if there would be the same issues with those as well.
