Strengths: battery life, style, ease of operation, range, and lightwieght.

Weaknesses: ringtones won't work, feels like it might fall off, and uses old style charging cord.

Summary: I just received my headset this week and overall I'm very happy with the performance. The only thing that I see as drawbacks are the inability of this headset to let the phone (Motorola V360) play the downloaded ringtones when the phone rings. You get a generic ring whenever the phone rings. I guess that's a trade off for the convenience of being wireless. It also feels like it might fall off. I wish there was a way to adjust the fit to eliminate that problem. Lastly, the home charger is the older style, not the USB type port that comes with most of the newer phones so you'll have to buy a compatible car charger for away from home use. Other than those few issues this is a solid headset. People on the other end don't seem to have any trouble hearing. So I highly recommend this item. Well worth the price. It will cost you twice as much if you buy it at a Retail store.

Strengths: Low PriceEasy to operate

Weaknesses: Echo: the receiver and microphone are so close together that if you have the volume at or near the loudest it can go, the voice from the receiver is recycled into the microphone. This causes a problem

Summary: This product is satisfactory for the price, but has problems that make its use somewhat annoying at times (See weaknesses section). I would recommend this because of the low price, but be aware of the issues that come with it. It may be worth while to spend more money to get a different model and eliminate these problems.

Strengths: Easy to use, simple, very clear sound, light weight - no ear irritation

Weaknesses: Black color not attractive, blue flashing light: I covered it up with tape.

Summary: A must for frequent use of phone. Handsfree in car and at home, no scrunching the neck on the shoulder or fumbling to find phone in pocket or purse. Just start talking when called. Push a button to end call, push one button to initiate voice dialing. But when voice dialing, if the phone misunderstands the voice name, it will dial the wrong person - not the headset fault.

Strengths: Small lightweight design. Reversible earhook. Comfortable design

Weaknesses: Gives off huge ECHO to people you talk to. Does not work when cell phone is charging. "Has other glitches"

Summary: This was my first bluetooth headset, and i can say that I am quite disappointed. Everyone I talk to complains that they can hear themselves talk and that I sound muffled while talking.I also leave my phone plugged in a lot of times and when I do this BT headset does not work. I can hear people talk, but they can't hear me. Also the main answer button does not work with phone plugged in. All in all it works for a CHEAP BT headset, but I personally am going to ditch this one and buy one that works better.

Strengths: Easy to use and setup, can even listen to mp3s!

Weaknesses: I was able to get a range of only 25ft with good audio quality. It would have been great had it been a little louder.

Summary: I am using this headset with my IPAQ 6315 and it works great!! I am now able to listen to music and also not miss any incoming calls. The set automatically pauses any music being played when a call is received. It however doesn't re-start the music once the call ends :( I bought this for $26.5 and for this price I think I cannot ask more from this lightweight headset. Overall, I think this is a good headset!

Strengths: works well, as expected

Weaknesses: questionable source

Summary: Arrived from shipper in a plain cardboard box with no mfg packaging or directions or anything. It was just the headset and a charger. Made me wonder about the source. Headset was okay but I really have to wonder about cellularking.com and where they get their stuff from.

Strengths: Easy to use and to configure.

Weaknesses: sometimes hard to hear well. but works well most of the time.

Summary: Overall, a very good unit, will buy another one for my mother. The battery life is also very lasting, it lasts over 3 days at a time with 12-hours of ON time per day.

Strengths: Inexpensive, comfortable, lightweight, looks good

Weaknesses: Does not fit squarely in some ear holes, not adjustable.

Summary: I actually have 3 of these earpieces, for myself and family members. The HS820 works very well on all functions. Bonds easily with my Motorola E815. Battery last long. Its one weakness is the ear strap is not adjustable, and the earpiece does not fit squarely in my ear hole, making it a bit harder to hear, especially in the car with windows open. However it fits perfectly in my wifes ear, which is a bit smaller. Recommended, but try fit first.

Weaknesses: the flashing light doesn't turn off like it says it does in the book

Strengths: Great signal strenght, lightweight and affordable

Weaknesses: None

Summary: Would recommend this product to all and every bluetooth phone for use.I have already recommended your website and product to several other workers. I can leave my phone in my vehicle over 20 feet and still use my ear piece with no problems. I use my earpiece daily especially when driving and it provides me with smooth communications to and from work.

Strengths: looks good and compact

Weaknesses: weak signal, person on the other line hear echo?

Summary: I had this for two months. I like the size and look of this. The reception is ok but cannot hear well if person on the other line are using heading set also. Lots of echo and background. Batery life also disapointting. Voice dialing feature work sometime. I do not have any other headset to compare with this.

Strengths: Headset works great. The volume is comfortable and the mic picks up your voice very well. In fact, most people cannot tell I am using it when I talk with them.

Weaknesses: Like most Motorola products the charging is touch and go. Sometimes it does not charge, other times the indicator comes on so you know it is charging but then stops charging

Summary: I would highly recommend the HS820 headset. It is light weight so you almost forget you are wearing it. The reception is great up to about 20 feet before distortion starts. Charging is a little bit of a challenge. Just be sure to check that the charging light is on while it is charging. I don't know how I got along without it for so long.

Strengths: Small size; fits in your pocket easily. Very Comfortable.

Weaknesses: Bad echo for the person your talking to.

Summary: I only used this headset a few times and everyone I called with it complained of the same thing - bad echo. They would hear themselves speak a few seconds after they said something. I think the speaker is too close to the mic. Looks cool, but not very functional - I'm taking it back.

Strengths: Light weight, compact, stylish, great audio quality

Weaknesses: Ear clip might be a bit too loose

Summary: It's a great product. I love it because it is really lightweight, really compact, and extremely convenient. But of course, the most important feature is the crystal clear audio quality. After all, the audio quality is the ultimate feature that these headsets are built for. Definitely a must-have for anyone with Bluetooth enabled phones.
