Strengths: Honestly, I can't think of one.

Weaknesses: UncomfortablePoor audio qualitySlide is very easy to bump, hanging up callBluetooth: POOR resync

Summary: If I didn't pay so much for this unit I would simply throw it in the trash.. BUT, I am in my 30days of return, so back it goes. Uncomfortable: My ear isn't rectangularCallers report poor audio quality 1/2 of the timeSlide is very easy to bump if you reach up to scratch your face, hanging up call.Bluetooth: POOR resync support. I found a Plantronics Explorer 220 for just under $40 that works GREAT so far. The Jabra had TERRIBLE issues "resyncing" to the phone (Cingular 8525, HTC Hermes). Pain in the butt. The new Plantronics, works EVERY time so far, and it fits better.

Strengths: Cool design. Rubberized body. Solid feel. Universal charger via USB (?). Bluetooth 2.0

Weaknesses: Heaverier and larger and heavier than others on the market. Comes with caveat: the software does not support the A7010 Bluetooth hub. USB connection is 'micro' meaning that it is not universal.

Summary: This unit looks a bit like the jaw bone designs that are quite expensive and quite good. It has a real techno sexy look to it, almost as if it was some covert gadget. It is supposed to be designed to give optimum sound quality in the worse conditions. As stated in some other reviews, I can hear and be heard just as good in silent and noisy conditions. I do get some static whenever I move my phone around. There is a retractable boom that really needs to be extended to receive calls...if you don't the reception is not that good. You have to slide it since there is no button you press to make it extend or retract. Takes some getting use to. If used right, the sound quality is good. Static though does sometimes become annoying. Overall, less noise than some of the others I heard and for the new low price, a fraction of what it use to be, it should be a serious consideration. NOTICE---UPDATE. WITH UNDER ONE DAY OF OWNERSHIP, THE BATTERY ON THE UNIT DIED. IT WOULD NOT CHARGE WHETHER PLUGGED INTO THE USB CABLE FOR THE COMPUTER OR BY MEANS OF THE WALL PLUG. THEREFORE, THE UNIT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE OR EVEN TURN ON. I WENT BACK TO STAPLES TO RETURN SAME AND WHILE THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE, WAS ABLE TO LOCATE ANOTHER STORE WITH 3 UNITS AND WAS ABLE TO GET THAT UNIT FOR AN EXCHANGE...WE WILL SEE AND FOLLOW-UP. THEREFORE, THE RATING GOES DOWN A STAR FOR THE HEADACHE, TIME AND TRAVEL EXPENSE BACK AND FORTH.

Strengths: Very comfortable fitting since it is flexible and can be molded to individual ear. Sound quality is good and loud when the boom is pulled out.

Weaknesses: Extremely buggy Bluetooth - bad switching between multiple phones, no voice dial support in Cingular 3125. The boom mike makes it easy to disconnect calls; audio is horrible when mike not pulled out.

Summary: Initially I liked the phone very much - it has the best fit since the ear hook is flexible yet sturdy. It can be actually custom molded to my ear. On top of it, it supports multi-point connection, which is a great thing as I wanted to use it also as a mono headphone for my computer, apart from my Cingular 3125 and do not need to discover (pair) each time I switch. It also has loud voice with good quality and my wife on the other side of the phone could hear me clearly..Then I started to hit the bad parts. The first call was disconnected instantly when I wanted to fit the headset properly to my ear. My hand touched the boom mike and it disconnected the call instantly (the boom mike was not spring loaded). Next I immediately tried to call back using voice dial, which I had done on all my old headphones, but it did not not work here. I tested it later and found it that voice dial does not work at all. That is enough reason for me to return it. Also in the call with the boom mike not pulled out, my wife could not hear me at all, so I had to pull it out always when making a call..Later I tried to test its multi-point feature. I 'discovered' (paired) it on my IBM Thinkpad, and it connected nicely. I can hear music from my laptop, and it was good. But then I found it does not connect to my Cingular anymore. I had to 'discover' (pair) it to my Cingular again. This time, the IBM would not pair automatically when I turn on the headset. So much for multi-point support!.But I tried hard to test it - I manually connected the headset from the laptop and it did while being connected to the cell phone at the same time. This time the music from laptop sounded crappy on the headset. I tried further - I made a call from the cellphone while listening to music from laptop. The call took precedence cutting off the music while giving an annoying beep at regular intervals, probably reminding me of the audio from the other source (laptop). However, after the call was over, the Bluetooth connection from the laptop was terminated and could not be manually connected. A turning off and on the headset was required to re-establish the connection to the laptop..Anyway things are pretty buggy and I do not want to be a free tester of this excellent headphone with buggy Bluetooth software. Incidentally, they claim to be Bluetooth 2.0 compliant and backwards compatible to 1.1 and up..Anyway, for me, it is going back.

Strengths: easy to pair, volume is ok

Weaknesses: slidding boom closes everytime that i try to move my head

Summary: At first i had to get used to the slidding boom as it kept closing and ending my calls evertime i turned my head or moved my hair slightly. Once that was done it was pretty simple from there, overall im satisfied with my purchase.

Strengths: Good battery life, mute function, usb and home charger

Weaknesses: Not so easy to wear

Summary: I bought this headset mainly for Playstation 3. Two main features I'm looking for are usb charging cable and mute function. This headset delivers both. The only down side I've experienced so far is it's not that easy to put on. Once on however, it's pretty stable and won't fall of easily. Overall, it's a decent headset for the price.

Strengths: It arrived

Weaknesses: it didn't work....

Summary: The device arrived and it was charged for a minimum of 2 hours. I removed it from the power adapter and it did not power up. I read the manual and then decided that it was not worth sending back because the packaging was already destroyed.......

Strengths: Stylish design, battery, comfortable

Weaknesses: Paring with Treo 650

Summary: The BT5010 bluetooth headset has an elegant and professional design. It wears comfortably on my ear, and the sound is clear. The earloop is adjustable so that should suit most people. The only problem I find is paring with my Treo 650. sometime I cannot pick up calls from the headset, and sometimes if I answer with the phone, it wouldn't transfer to the headset. Maybe it's Treo's problem.

Strengths: long battery life, USB charger, clear connection. price was good.

Weaknesses: bulky/large by today's standard, ear holder not tight enough.

Summary: Elegant design and superior performance, in a larger package (compared to today's in-ear minis). sometimes, if you walk too far away from you phone, you need to reconnect the link when you come back close to the phone.
