Strengths: Good color quality in high speed
Weaknesses: poor technical support, incompatible with certain PDF files, slow start due to warm up, and expensive ink
Summary: The Phaser 8560DN does amazing color quality printing. Other than the wait time for the first page (sometimes exceed over 1 minute), speed is quite good. It can be used for photo quality print, but it does not support borderless print. The printer won't print certain types of PDF files, which I could print on other laser jet printers. Contacted Xerox tech support who responded quickly but no solution. Xerox still got long way to go in software compatibility.

Strengths: fast, cost per page
Weaknesses: Unreliable - makes streaks on pages
Summary: The company has sent a repairman multiple times in two months and refuses to exchange the printer for one that works. Lost my confidence in Xerox. Looking at other competitors.

Strengths: Fast printing, High quality prints, scans, acts as a standalone copier and fax
Weaknesses: Priced high for its class
Summary: I have been using this printer since May of last year. Less maintenance, quality printouts at lightning speed. Very dependable especially for network printing. Xerox also offers customer support. Although it is a bit pricey in my opinion. Luckily I got mine for free at freeprinterpromo.comI could fairly say that its a very useful addition to my office equipments.
