Strengths: Price, Poryable, and Powerful. Built-in WiFi & WebCam, well built, nice 10" screen, 3 USB Ports, easy upgrade to 2GB RAM, storage, XP, nice keypad, Skype
Weaknesses: no optical drive (but it was expected. Touch Pad is good, but I like using a mouse
Summary: I bought this in Nov '08 to go over seas to keep in contact with home using Skype (pre-installed). I also used it for storing and reviewing over 1,000 photos. I downloaded Elements 6 and IrfanView for minor editing to send home (I bought an external DVD/RW for installing programs). Installed MS Office without any problems. Other than no optical drive this a full time computer. It's not dual-core, but the Intel Atom is quick. Since Nov, Asus has had 2 or more similar models. If you do not need Bluetooth and 802.11n, you will save a $100. I can't believe what I got for less than $500.

Strengths: - Battery Life- Almost full size keyboard- Good Matte LCD Screen- Wifi N- Webcam- Multitouch Pad- Different CPU settings
Weaknesses: Only complaint is the right shift key. No big thing as I useda software to switch keys around.
Summary: I owned a 12" Sony Vaio for many years and have been looking to replace it. This laptop or netbook really surprised me. For 4 timesas much as I got the Sony this is a real bargain. I like everythingabout it and can take it anywhere.
