Weaknesses: Gigabyte will not honor rebates
Summary: Am posting to warn people of the rebate issue. Apparently, Gigabyte is not honoring rebates. I filed in Jan 2009 and I am still waiting in Sept 2009 to get my $20. I filed through the processing agency status-now and they informed me that Gigabyte is having issues with sending the money. So be forewarned.

Strengths: Sounds good. Cpu temp was 30 deg. cent. system temp around 34c. It was supposedly designed for overclocking. I was just looking for a well built, stable, quality motherboard.
Weaknesses: Mwave sent older rev bd.;Won't install Windows XP SP1.;Only ONE ide channel! Length between Floppy slot and Floppy barely reach, tacky. Paid for test, got older bios.
Summary: This bd. doesn't match up to its PR. Gigabyte tech support answers their phone though and you can understand them. Mwave sent a rev. 1.0 but there is a rev 1.1 out there, somewhere that may work better.
