Strengths: Lots of punch in small form factor; on-board HD acceleration
Weaknesses: Expensive; no legacy mouse/keyboard support; won't support HDCP via A/V Receiver; gets hot
Summary: I was building a small form factory Home Theater PC (HTPC), so wanted an all-in-one motherboard. The DG45FC was everything I wanted. It incorporates HD video (w/ hardware acceleration) and audio, has two RAM slots, a PCI-E slot if needed and an Intel Socket 775 CPU. Awesome! Installation went smoothly. They provide a good install document, but the full manual is on the included CD. They have a good software bundle as well, including a trial of Anti-Virus and others. Oh, yeah, and Acronis True Image is also bundled. After the upgraded video drivers, it's been rock solid. I can play HD videos with TotalMediaTheatre flawlessly, and the CPU barely hits 25%. Note that if you have an A/V receiver, there is currently an issue with a HDCP repeater bug. This means that you'll need a HDCP cracker to get around this, or wait for TotalMediaTheater to be updated to fix this. If you have older PS2 mouses & keyboards, you'll now need USB converters, as these ports are no longer supported.I still think the board is somewhat pricey. I'd like to use it for a Windows Home Server, but cannot justify the price.
