Summary: this is my most expensive board I even brought, mainly because of new chipset, I am using it with my quad Xeon and it simply scream, overclocked to 3.4Ghz, no BSOD so far I hope it stays that way. I picked this board because I have 8gb DDR2 and get the same but DDR3 would be hard hit in the money department together with new board, I decided instead to weather the change with this board until new 1600mhz CPU and DDR3 (or DDR4) become mainstream and then I will upgrade again if I feel the urge. I hope the power consumption goes as advertised, supposedly should save 20 to 70% and by my extensive computer use this could be a lot over the time.
