Strengths: This MB is just great. The BIOS is super flexible it allowed me to try many options before settling for my current configuration. Change multiplier settings and control FSB ratios memory and voltage.
Weaknesses: Complex for beginners. Some power saving capabilities are not compatible with overclocking. Only one IDE connector. The power saving software is so visually beautiful that I feel guilty not using it.
Summary: Lots of goodies here. Very well rounded MB overall including a bunch of SATA connectors including the option for eSATA. I purchased this so that I could eventually add a second graphics card and take advantage of the extra 16X PCI-e slot with CrossFire. I chose ATI Crossfire over NVIDA SLI because SLI is not compatible with dual monitors. Handles a Q6600 processor at a whole GHz above its rated speed and could probably push it higher with a better cooler. SATA cables and connectors have the new locking mechanism to ensure a permanent connection.
