Strengths: Big, bright, 5ms response, zero dead/stuck pixels.
Weaknesses: Speakers are just ok. No DVI cable included. Stand is tilt-only. Still, great monitor for the price.
Summary: I've owned a different model of ViewSonic 19" LCD for a few years and love it. I needed two 19" LCD's for work, so I did my research, ignored the refurbished ones and the brands I've never heard of, and settled on a pair of ViewSonic OptiQuest Q91B's. I'm very happy with them, especially considering the relatively low price.-There's a persistent typo on the web that you'll find just about everywhere you look as you research this monitor: the correct model number is "Q91B". -In the box with the monitor, you'll find the base to snap on, VGA cable, power cable, and a relatively short audio-in cable. There's also basic setup instructions and a driver CD, but I found the monitor worked perfectly with the standard XP drivers.-No DVI cable is included. If you want / need to connect via DVI, most places charge around $25 for them, but if you search carefully you can find them for about $8 w/ shipping. You'd need a "DVI-D Male to DVI-D Male". -The stand will tip back about 20 degrees. It does not tilt forward at all. If you intend to place the monitor in a high location, keep that in mind. -The speakers are about the same as the built-in speakers in the average laptop. If you're picky about sound, you should buy this monitor anyway because it's just that good... and use a separate set of speakers. -The display is bright and very sharp. Zero dead pixels, zero stuck pixels. The viewing angle is fine too. I've only been using the pair of them for a day, but I couldn't be happier - I absolutely love them.

Strengths: cheaper monitor comes in non wide screen format
Weaknesses: none
Summary: The full screen monitor looks and performs flawlessly, my users want nothing to do with a wide screen 19 inch so I had to search for a full screen model. This screen works great and did not even require drivers that came with it.

Strengths: Stable monitor design, thin edged monitor frame. Easy access conrol buttons on front display.
Weaknesses: None experienced yet.
Summary: ViewSonic is a brand which I have had the pleasure of using since around year 2000 in 3 different companies I have worked for. That must be saying something about the quality. I wanted a monitor for under $200 and the choices are many, but the ViewSonic brand is already proven to me so luckily the price, monitor size and type were great.
