Giveaway Rules:

  1. Drawing Period: A single lucky winner will be chosen at random from all the entries received during the drawing period. Eligible participants can enter the contest during the entire month of December 2007.
  2. Winner Announcement and Notification: We will send an email notifying the winner on January 2, 2008. The winner must complete and fax all necessary forms to complete the delivery of the prize on or before the 14th day after the notification date. An alternate winner will be selected in the following cases:
    1. Notification delivery is unsuccessful;
    2. winner fails to respond and provide the necessary form within the allowed time frame; and
    3. in case the prize is returned as undeliverable.
  3. Eligibility: Only legal residents aged 18 or older of the 48 contiguous United States are eligible for participation. Due to shipping constrains residents of API/FPO's, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
  4. Terms and Dislcaimers: No purchase necessary. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Drawing Period. Participants agree to abide by these Giveaway rules and by the decisions of Zenemig Interactive, LLC, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this giveaway promotion. Zenemig Interactive, LLC reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. If Zenemig Interactive, LLC can't obtain the prize from a reputable merchant, as determined by its sole's discretion, it may choose to substitute the prize with a cash payment of US$ 2,200.00. No substitution of prizes is permitted except by Zenemig Interactive, LLC, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or by the acceptance and/or use of any prize and releases Zenemig Interactive, LLC. from any liability. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation or notice.
